1. Who we are

Tru Odds ("we," "us") operates truodds.io, an AI analysis tool for prediction markets. Contact: help@truodds.io.

2. What we collect

Account data: Clerk user id and email (via Clerk magic-link sign-in). We do not store passwords.
Billing linkage: Whop membership identifiers and cached membership status so we can gate paid features. Payment card details are handled by Whop, not stored by us.
Analysis data: market URLs you submit, platform/question metadata, and the resulting verdict JSON stored in your history.
Technical logs: standard server logs (e.g. request path, timestamps, error codes) needed to operate and secure the Service.

3. How we use data

We use data to:

Authenticate you and enforce paid access
Run analyses (market fetch, retrieval, AI estimation)
Show analysis history and fair-use usage limits
Improve reliability, calibration research, and support
Comply with law and prevent abuse

4. Processors / third parties

We share data with service providers only as needed to run the product:

Clerk — authentication and session management
Whop — subscription checkout and membership status
Neon — application database
AI provider (via our server) — generate structured estimates
Search/retrieval API — fresh public context for reasoning
Hosting / CDN — serve the application

Market URLs and prompts leave our servers only to those processors. We do not sell personal information.

5. Retention

Account and analysis records are retained while your account is active and for a reasonable period afterward for support, abuse prevention, and calibration research, unless a longer period is required by law. You may request deletion by emailing help@truodds.io (subject to billing/legal hold needs).

6. Security

Secrets (API keys, webhook secrets) stay server-side. We use HTTPS in production and provider-managed database security. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

7. Your choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export personal data, or to object to certain processing. Contact help@truodds.io. If you use Clerk's account controls, you can also manage email identity there.

8. Children

The Service is not directed at persons under 18. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy and will revise the "Last updated" date. Material changes may be highlighted on the site or by email when appropriate.
